We notified DIRECTV&#8217;s engineers. The <a href=\"http:\/\/consumerist.com\/2012\/11\/20\/my-directv-tivo-has-been-resetting-for-12-days-and-no-one-seems-to-care\/\">Consumerist<\/a> posted a story quoting DIRECTV as saying that this impacted a &#8220;small number&#8221; of customers.<\/p>\n<p>Judging by the volume of phone calls we have been receiving, it&#8217;s a VOCAL bunch, if a small one.\u00a0 I would guess that we&#8217;ve received an average of 300 calls per day that this issue was ongoing. Small potatoes for DIRECTV&#8217;s call center, but it slaughtered our phone system here at weaKnees.
