Just a quick new troubleshooting tip: if you see alternating flashing lights on the base Roamio (or, presumably, on the Roamio OTA also), you likely have a bad power supply. If your lights flash as in this video, you need a new one of these: Base Roamio and Roamio OTA Power Supply
